Led the deal structuring of a SAR 350 million acquisition of an educational company and prepared financing documentation for a SAR 850 million mega hospital project. Managed crowdfunding campaigns for multiple companies and acted as a financial advisor for companies in the process of transitioning to listing on the parallel market (Nomu). Led due diligence teams for companies prior to acquisitions or public offerings.
